Seth Williford

Seth Williford is a Senior Director of policy for the Business Roundtable. He is responsible for public policy development and advocacy on issues related to immigration, workforce, education, health, and retirement.

Prior to joining the Business Roundtable, Seth served as General Counsel to U.S. Senator Thom Tillis. In this role, he held a wide variety of responsibilities primarily focused on serving as a bridge between North Carolinians and the federal government. Seth handled government affairs and economic development issues for Senator Tillis while also serving as the Senator’s key advisor on immigration policy issues. He previously worked on the Senator’s Judiciary Committee portfolio. Seth also worked for two members of Congress from North Carolina before attending law school.

A native of North Carolina, he is a proud “Double Deac,” receiving both his B.A. and J.D. from Wake Forest University. Seth resides in Washington, D.C., with his husband and two Labrador Retrievers.
