Previously McIntosh was a Senior Director of policy and primarily focused on policy development and advocacy on issues around education, the workforce, health and retirement.
Prior to joining the Business Roundtable, McIntosh served as chief of staff and chief counsel to Commissioner and Acting Chair Victoria A. Lipnic of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he provided counsel with respect to all matters and aspects of agency business.
Earlier in his career, McIntosh served on the professional staff of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, focusing on employment-related issues. He also practiced employment law in the Washington, DC area.
A native of Central Florida, McIntosh received his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He resides in Alexandria, VA, with his wife and daughter.
