Todd M. Schneider

Todd Schneider joined Cintas in 1989 as a Management Trainee after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Over Todd’s 35+ year career with Cintas, he has held numerous leadership roles. On June 1, 2021, Todd was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of Cintas. At that time, he was also named as a Director for the Cintas Board.

Prior to being promoted to President & CEO, Todd held many roles across the company. Following are some highlights of his accomplishments:

• Served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, overseeing each of Cintas’ business divisions and providing leadership and guidance to each.
• Served as President & Chief Operating Officer of the Rental Division. Todd led the Rental Division to significant growth and success including the integration of G&K services, Cintas’ largest acquisition.
• Established in-depth training programs and helped to institutionalize the habits, behaviors and skills proven to generate sales success for Cintas as Senior Vice President of Sales.
• Established the Document Management Division from the ground up and guided it through more than 100 acquisitions, helping to establish a footprint that covered 90% of the US.
• Served as one of our first Flame Resistant Clothing (FRC) Specialists and later -- as Director of the business -- helped to double its size.

Todd has played a significant role in Cintas’ growth and success over his 30+ year career. His own personal leadership and commitment to developing other strong leaders has served Cintas well and will help position Cintas for even greater success in the future.

In addition to Todd’s leadership at Cintas, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for PPG; as chairperson of the Asset Committee for Cincinnati City Center Development Corporation; is on the Executive Committee for The Commercial Club of Cincinnati; and is an active member of the Cincinnati Business Committee and serves on its Executive Committee. Previously, Todd has served leadership roles on the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport Board and the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Red Cross. Todd was also a member of the Textile Rental Services Association Board for several years, working with business leaders to help develop programs and contacts for the uniform rental industry.
