Mr. Cahillane brings to the Board deep consumer packaged goods and brand-building expertise, strong experience in global markets, and invaluable insight from leading the successful separation of Kellogg Company into two independent, publicly traded consumer goods companies, WK Kellogg Co and Kellanova.

Experience

Steve Cahillane has served on our Board and as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2026.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Mr. Cahillane served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kellanova from October 2023 until its acquisition by Mars, Incorporated, in December 2025. During his time at the helm of Kellanova, he led the company through a period of transformative growth, overseeing the expansion of the company’s iconic global snacking portfolio. From October 2017 to October 2023, Mr. Cahillane served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kellogg Company, leading it through the successful separation of its North American cereal business, WK Kellogg Co, and the launch of its global snacking business, Kellanova.

Before joining Kellogg’s, Mr. Cahillane was the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Nature’s Bounty Co. from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he spent several years in senior leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, serving as President, Coca-Cola Americas – the global beverage maker’s largest business with $25 billion in sales – from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Cahillane also served as President & Chief Executive Officer, Coca-Cola Refreshments from 2010 to 2012, as President of Coca-Cola Enterprises, North America from 2008 to 2010, and as President, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Europe, from 2007 to 2008. Prior to Coca-Cola, he spent eight years with AB InBev in a range of senior executive roles from 1999 to 2007.

Mr. Cahillane serves on the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, the Smithsonian National Board, and the Colgate-Palmolive Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern University as well as an MBA from Harvard University.
