Ron Lewis

Ron Lewis became Chief Executive Officer of Ball Corporation in 2025 after joining the company in 2019. He previously served as Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer from 2024 to 2025 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for global beverage packaging from 2021 to 2024. Earlier, he led Ball’s beverage packaging business in EMEA as President from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining Ball, Lewis built an extensive career at The Coca-Cola Co. and its affiliates, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Supply Chain Officer at Coca-Cola European Partners, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. and Chief Procurement Officer at The Coca-Cola Co. His experience spans procurement, operations and general management across North America and Europe.

Lewis earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Montana State University–Bozeman and an MBA with concentrations in operations, marketing and finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
