Noel Wallace

Noel Wallace is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Colgate-Palmolive. Prior to being named CEO in April 2019, Noel served as President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the Company’s operating units worldwide.

Noel began his consumer products career at CP in 1987 and has nearly 40 years of experience building, transforming and growing CP businesses.

He has held numerous global positions in marketing and general management within the U.S. and in emerging markets, including Turkey, Russia, Poland, Mexico, South Africa, Puerto Rico and Uruguay. He was elected a Corporate Offi cer in 2009.

From 2016 to 2018, Noel served as Chief Operating Offi cer, Global Innovation & Growth and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. From 2013 to 2016, Noel led CP’s Latin America Division and before that served as President, CP-North America and Global Sustainability. Prior to his role in North America, Noel served as President, CP-U.S. from 2008 to 2010 and President & General Manager, C-P Mexico from 2006 to 2008. From 2002 to 2006, Noel was Vice President and General Manager of CP’s Global Toothbrush Division.

Noel serves on the Board of Directors of American Express. He previously served on the Board of Directors of The Kellogg Company from 2015 to 2018. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital, one of the U.S.’s largest, most comprehensive healthcare delivery systems as well as the Board of Directors of the Consumer Goods Forum. Noel is a member of The Business Council.

Noel received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
